General Return Information
Our Customer Care Team has inspected all item(s) to be free of manufacturing flaw or defect, however if your ordered item(s) arrives damaged, please let our Customer Care Team know by email returns@irunwayeveryday.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
A return request / Return Authorization (RA) must be received within 7 days of delivery of your order.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before an item(s) may be returned. To obtain an RA number please contact our Customer Care Team by email returns@irunwayeveryday.com with your order number. After reviewing your return request we will response with the appropriate information for your return.
All return item(s) must be returned within 7 days from date of RA issuance.
All return item(s) must be returned in their original condition (unworn and/or unwashed and/or free of odor and/or damage) with all tags attached. Quality Inspections are performed within 7 days of receiving a returned item by our Customer Care Team. In the event that the return item(s) are not in the original condition and/or all tags attached and/or outside of the 7 days return window, we reserve the right to deny your refund.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All Sales & Clearance purchased item(s) are final sales (no refund/no exchange).
All Accessories item(s) and Headwear item(s) are final sales (no refund/no exchange).
All Gift Certificate purchased return item(s) are given store credit only minus 15% restocking fee.
Gift Certificates are not refundable.
Customer(s) are responsible for return shipping cost and shipping items back to us.
The original shipping cost is not refundable.
We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and retaining your tracking number until return has been confirmed to be received by our Customer Care Team.

Contact our Customer Care Team by email at returns@irunwayeveryday.com to initiate a return request and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once your RA number has been issued along with a return address, return item within 7 days from date of RA issuance for return processing.
Exchanges
I Runway Everyday Boutique™ LLC do not offer product exchanges. If a replacement item is desired, please place a new order for the item and initiate a return request to receive a Return Authorization (RA) for your current item (see return instructions above) separately. This way you will receive your new item as quickly as possible.
